Port ANDRATX

In the unspoiled west of Mallorca, the dreamy Port d'Andratx awaits your visit. Surrounded by the gentle hills of the Serra de Tramuntana, Cala en Fonoll is one of the most scenic mooring options on the island. The special atmosphere in the harbor basin of Andratx is based on the region's traditional fishing industry. Romantic fishing boats dominate the scene, as do the historic Mallorcan residential and commercial buildings that line the harbor basin. Despite its fantastic location, Port d'Andratx is not overrun by tourists and is considered a valuable insider tip among yacht vacationers.

HIGHLIGHTS AROUND PORT ANDRATX

ISLA DRAGONERA

An excursion from Port Andratx to the offshore rocky island of "Sa Dragonera" is well worthwhile. The uninhabited island is a nature reserve and therefore offers an extraordinary diversity of species. The island was given the name "Dragon Island" due to its jagged shape and the island's own species of lizard, the Dragonera lizard. Adventurous yacht vacationers can moor at the natural harbour of Cala Lladó and explore the wildlife park on foot.

HIKE TO LA TRAPA

Active holidaymakers test their limits on a hike to the monastery ruins of La Trapa. Passing the romantic coastal town of Sant Elm through the untouched natural landscape of the region, hikers are treated to a fantastic panoramic view at their destination. From here, it is clear to see why the offshore rocky island bears the name "Dragon Island". The peaks jutting out of the water on the horizon are reminiscent of the jagged back of a dragon resting in the water - a mystical sight.

TIM'S BAR

Tim's Bar in the port of Andratx has long been a legend. The lounge restaurant has been serving excellent food and refreshing drinks since 1978. Guests can enjoy entertaining live sessions by local artists on the terrace right by the harbor.
