ORANGENEXPRESS
Port de Sóller is famous for its unique railroad culture. The Tranvía makes its way between street cafés and citrus groves, the paradisiacal beach and quaint town houses. The historic streetcar is reminiscent of San Francisco or Lisbon. This is no coincidence: some of the orange-colored carriages actually come from the streetcar reservoir of the Portuguese capital. A trip to the city of oranges is absolutely worthwhile.
PLATJA D'EN REPIC
Families take note: Opposite the harbor basin, the Platja d'en Repic with its fine, light sand and gentle waves awaits sun-seeking mermaids. The colorful beach shops have something to make children's eyes light up. A refreshing drink at the beach bar will give you that Caribbean feeling. Best of all, the pretty stretch of beach is just a short walk from the marina.
